Insurance

We do not submit claims to your insurance provider; however, we can provide you with a detailed invoice outlining the services received, called a “SuperBill”. The Superbill can be used to self-submit claims to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please, ask one of our counselors for more information.

A superbill is an invoice or type of receipt that documents the services you receive. They include medical billing codes and diagnoses, which is also included in standard insurance claim submissions. Most insurance plans involve separate annual deductibles for in-network and out-of-network services. Once your out-of-network deductible is met, you are likely eligible for reimbursement. To know for certain, it is recommended that you contact your insurer directly and confirm (see the customer service phone number on your insurance card).
